Following the success of the IE University masterclass “The Secret of Persuasion” last May, RDCL proudly hosted an exclusive executive seminar titled “Vertical Development: The Inner Growth Journey of Leaders,” organized in collaboration with IE University, one of Europe’s top institutions in leadership and executive education.

Led by Mr. Nassif Kazan, seasoned executive coach and leadership strategist, the session explored how vertical development—the evolution of mindset, maturity, and perspective—empowers leaders to expand their influence and drive meaningful transformation within their organizations.

Through dynamic discussions and practical insights, participants identified their personal growth edge and deepened their understanding of what distinguishes effective managers from transformational leaders.
