RDCL visited H.E. Minister of Justice Adel Nassar to to discuss legal priorities aimed at supporting the economy across diverse industries. The delegation included RDCL President Mrs. Joumana Saddi Chaya, Vice President Mr. Cyrille Arida, and General Manager Mr. Kamal Abi Fadel.

The meeting addressed issues at the crossroads of justice, governance, and business competitiveness, highlighting the vital role of the legal private sector in shaping reform and restoring confidence in the economy.

– The need for urgent and practical measures to address the financial crisis impacting end-of-service indemnities and social stability.
– Enhancing access to finance for Lebanese companies to strengthen legal private sector resilience and growth.
– Establishing modern legal frameworks to attract investors and encourage the return of diaspora talents to Lebanon, while ensuring that existing guarantee mechanisms are accessible and effective in revitalizing the legal private sector.

Minister Nassar expressed his readiness to collaborate closely with the RDCL across multiple areas, emphasizing the importance of alignment between governmental ministries and the legal private sector.
