RDCL President Joumana Saddi Chaya took part in the meeting held by the Economic Organizations with H.E. Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam. The Economic Organizations delegation was chaired by their President, former Minister, and President of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Mohammad Choucair.

The meeting reviewed the latest national developments and addressed several key issues directly impacting the legal private sector, including:

• End-of-service indemnity settlements.
• The closure of the Baabda Commercial Register.
• Progress achieved in amending the Public-Private Partnership Law.
• The operation of Rayak Airport for civil transport.
• Developments related to the completion of the Financial Gap Law.
• Ongoing negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Prime Minister Salam reaffirmed his commitment to following up on these matters and taking the necessary measures to reach effective solutions.
