RDCL met with H.E. Dr. Kamal Shehadeh, Minister of the Displaced and State Minister for Information Technology and AI, at its headquarters to discuss the legal private sector’s role in strengthening Lebanon’s business environment.

RDCL presented ASPIRE, a project driving sustainable growth through digital transformation in public administration, healthcare, social security, industry, tourism, food security, and finance. The discussion explored collaboration opportunities, with RDCL reaffirming support for the ministry’s initiatives to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Minister Shehadeh emphasized digital transformation as a cornerstone of Lebanon’s economic progress, detailing the ministry’s strategy, including digital identity platforms, e-signatures, improved public services, and robust cybersecurity regulations.

RDCL underscored the urgency of key reforms, digital infrastructure development, and combating illicit markets and tax evasion, reaffirming the legal private sector’s pivotal role in economic stability.
