RDCL is proud to highlight the participation of Board Member Ms. Dalia Jubaili, at the World Energy Week 2025 in Panama, under the theme “Energising Connections, Powering a Healthy Planet.”

The event, organized by the World Energy Council (WEC) and Panama’s National Secretariat of Energy, brought together over 500 participants, including more than 50 global speakers and 20 government officials, to energize dialogue on clean, reliable, and inclusive energy transitions.

Ms. Jubaili met with key representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Energy as preparations begin for next year’s World Energy Congress in the Kingdom, expected to be one of the largest global renewable energy gatherings.

She also connected with officials from the UAE Ministry of Energy, DEWA, and the Africa Sustainable Energy Centre, as well as WEC members from Europe, the United States, and Latin America sharing insights on the role of collaboration in shaping a sustainable energy future.

World Energy Week serves as a dynamic platform linking regional priorities with the global energy agenda, reinforcing the power of partnerships in achieving the goals of a healthier planet.
