RDCL and ALDIC held a joint webinar on “How to Apply Law No. 330 Related to the Exceptional Revaluation of Fixed Assets, Inventory, and FX Adjustments.”

RDCL President Joumana Saddi Chaya highlighted the importance of understanding how to implement this law. She emphasized the value of ongoing technical collaborations and reaffirmed RDCL’s commitment to supporting Lebanon’s legal private sector.

ALDIC President, Attorney Carine Tohme, outlined the association’s mission to promote tax awareness and its role in influencing Lebanon’s fiscal policies.

The technical presentation was delivered by Mr. Nadim Daher, board member of RDCL and ALDIC, who also serves on the LACPA board, the coordination committee with the Ministry of Finance (MoF). Mr. Daher gave an overview of the Law No. 330 which aims to correct accounting distortions resulting from the devaluation of the LBP. Practical guidance was provided during the presentation on how to implement this law and the key steps to follow.
