RDCL organized an exclusive session titled “Ease of Doing Business in Lebanon” as part of the Lebanese Industry Expo 2025 at Seaside Arena – Beirut. The session featured H.E. Dr. Amer Bisat, Minister of Economy and Trade, Mr. Alessandro Vittadini, Head of Lebanon at the EBRD, and was moderated by Mr. Nicolas Boukather, RDCL Member and Chairman of A.N. Boukather Holding.

Mrs. Joumana Saddi Chaya, RDCL President, stressed that “Lebanon’s recovery begins with a collective commitment to reform and a renewed culture of productivity.”

Mr. Nicolas Boukather highlighted that “the legal private sector’s resilience must now translate into competitiveness, innovation, and sustainable growth.”

The discussion addressed key priorities to enhance Lebanon’s business environment, including:
– Access to financing and liquidity for the private sector.
– Reducing production costs in energy, transport, and telecommunications.
– Advancing financial, banking, and administrative reforms.
– Accelerating digital transformation and governance modernization.
– Strengthening competition, transparency, and regional partnerships.

The session reaffirms RDCL’s firm commitment to promoting reform, empowering the legal private sector, and restoring confidence in Lebanon’s economic recovery.
