RDCL represented by Board Member Dalia Jubaili and General Manager Kamal Abi-Fadel participated in Suliman S. Olayan School of Business at AUB conference titled “The Quest for Talent: Unleashing Potential in the Age of Disruption”.

The event that took place on October 5 and 6, 2023 focused on disruptions that AI and technology bring to the job market, both globally and in the MENA region. It delved into the vital role of digital transformation and innovation in shaping the new skill set, tackling the evolving job market by addressing new dynamics in talent acquisition, development, and retention in five functional areas namely Strategy and Business Models; Human Resources ; Finance ; Marketing; and Supply Chain.
