RDCL members Me. Nadim Abboud OBE , Managing Partner at Abboud & Associates, and Me. Tatiana Hamyeh Itani, Lawyer & Legal Consultant and Partner at Abboud & Associates, took part in the seminar “The Private Sector Amid Current Challenges,” alongside RDCL Secretary General Mr. Robert Kanaan .

The event was organized by the Employers and Businessmen Department of the Lebanese Forces Party and held at the Party’s headquarters, with the presence and participation of MPs George Okais and Razi El Hage.

The seminar gathered representatives of the public sector, business owners, entrepreneurs and legal experts around one central question: how to empower the private sector as the principal driver of growth and job creation, and which reforms the recovery requires. Discussions were structured around three main themes: End-of-Service Indemnities, Priority Legal Reforms, and Smart Tax Structuring.

The discussion reaffirmed that the private sector is an essential partner in shaping Lebanon’s economic policies, and that the next phase depends on close cooperation between the legislative authority and the private sector to enact the reforms needed for a more competitive and investment-friendly business environment.
