The inauguration underscored several pillars central to Lebanon’s economic development agenda:
- Renewable energy as a strategic and operational necessity, providing sustainable solutions to reduce business costs and ensure continuity.
- Public-private partnership as a fundamental enabler of infrastructure development and measurable economic progress.
- The strategic positioning of Tripoli and North Lebanon, leveraging key assets including the Rachid Karami International Fair, the Port of Tripoli, Qlayaat Airport, and the Special Economic Zone.
