RDCL was proudly represented by Board Member Christelle Boustany at the LLWB roundtable discussion on the #WomenOnBoard law, which took place on August 22, 2024, in Beirut.

The event aimed to refining and energizing the legislation advocating for the quota giving women 30% representation on the boards of “Sociétés Anonymes Libanaises” (SAL) companies by 2030. The roundtable brought together experts from various sectors to discuss legal and advocacy strategies to advance women integration in corporate leadership roles across Lebanon.

It is worth noting that RDCL is leading the way and is represented by a perfect 50/50 gender parity on its Board.
