A few years ago, one of the objectives set by RDCL was to enhance mediation in corporate conflict resolution in Lebanon and introduce the best global education and certifications to the private sector.

Today, we are proud to announce the launch of a mediation certificate program entitled “Become a Mediator” at ESA Business School, in partnership with CMAP (Paris Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration), the Chamber of Commerce of Beirut and Mount Lebanon, and the Lebanese Franchise Association.

This initiative aims to help organizations save time, resources, and money by avoiding arbitration and the lengthy, costly legal processes that can take years or even decades. In the same line, the goal of this program is to empower team members in every private sector organization and promote a culture of mediation across the private sector.

Participants will engage with peers and professionals in Lebanon and Paris over a ten-day period. Members of RDCL and partners from the private sector associations will receive special privileges if they choose to join. Don’t hesitate to contact ESA Business School for further information.
