With his ongoing passion towards the business and belief in Lebanon, he decided in 2018 to expand their service facility and headquarters reflecting the family’s mission to relentlessly enhance the customer experience & excitement and to remain very focused on the after sales side of the business with innovating solutions, latest technologies and “know- how” to keep a high standard.

Many legal and tax abiding sectors are facing unprecedented challenges caused by the non-authorized importers (parallel economy) who evade taxes and don’t even meet any consumers’ protection standard. The government should implement reforms and modernize the customs system through e-governance backed by Block chain technology to improve compliance, safe and credible trade facilitation and fraud detection.

The mission of the RDCL is to connect, advocate, unite, mediate, bridge, internationalize and innovate the Lebanese private sector and hence become a role model in implementing sound governance.
