RDCL intervention during the launch of the Preparation and Consultations phase on the National Port Vision, the Port of Beirut Master Plan and the New Port Sector Law at the Grand Serail, under the Patronage of the President of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in coordination with the World Bank.
